Project:
Create a successful fundraising event for 800+ people that emulates the 1920’s feelings and building architecture.
Execution:
All efforts combined to become the highest grossing fundraising event they have ever had. I crafted unique experiences and reasons for guests to explore the open floor plan. From speakeasy, hidden bars, and casino’s it encouraged people to explore. I am proud of the 30’ silk that was designed by hand and flown above the main lobby, the guests had to physically break the plane to enter the event space.
We created multiple fundraising opportunities throughtout the space, including VIP seating vignettes and sponsored experiences.
