Oversee entire rebranding efforts + launch internal creative department.
Execution:
Grew creative department’s sales over 5X in the first 12 months.
Entire customer experience was reworked from online to in office, creating a consistent feel no matter where or how you interact with the brand. I was able to personalize a customer journey in an industry that is typicallly very generalized.
New website, landing pages, newsletters, paid online campaigns all launched successfully. New tracking efforts put in place to listen to what is working and not working.
