Immersive VR
An immersive experience for nearly 1000+ gala attendees, as they are seated in the middle of several hundred feet of projected virtual reality.

Project:
A global nonprofit tasked me with conceptualizing the use of emerging technologies to help drive engagement at a yearly gala attended by 1000+ people.
Execution:
As always, story + strategy came first. After research we were able to find a collection of emotional stories which directly showcased the impact of the non profit.
A global VR production crew was put together to capture the needed content, at times needing personal security.
At the gala itself I created a way to transport all attendees directly in the stories and on the field to experience the non profit first hand. The ballroom was to be wrapped in over 500 feet of projection mapped VR footage and graphics.
A take-home VR package was branded and created so they could share their experience with colleagues and family members throught he use of personal phones.
